Account Information.
When you set up an account to purchase our Goods, you will be required to provide us with personal information such as your name, email address, password and shipping address. Where you choose to connect another company's device or account to your account, or engage in our Services that features a partnership with a third party, we may, with your consent, collect information from your use of the connected device(s) to facilitate interaction with our Services. This may include information like sleep data, steps, and time of day and local time zone, that may be considered consumer health information under certain applicable laws.
Marketing
We may collect Your personal information to provide you with free of charge marketing related materials. If you do not wish to receive such marketing materials from us (or any other company related to Blue Iris), then click the “unsubscribe” button on the bottom of the email.
